• Course Information Template

    Dear Tuit Shop supplier, in order for us to successfully load your course on our online shop, we require some additional information to just the name of the course.

    NOTE: * Some fields are compulsory in order to fulfil the minimum requirements for the online shop description.

  • Only load if you have your own. Tuit will provide a code and if so would be the same as the LMS course code.
  • This is the name as it will be displayed in the shop front and the same name as loaded on the LMS
  • A short but comprehensive paragraph explaining the course in total. This text accompanies the course image and is the main sales into which must also highlight the course USP. No longer than one paragraph.
  • Single paragraph with bullets.
  • This is the date from which student can start enrolment. Courses not developed yet can also be loaded with this field completed. Courses already available can indicate AVAILABLE, else put in an estimated MONTH & YEAR available
  • Most courses are default English. Please indicate alternative languages which will be available for the student to buy during the buying process.
  • Days, weeks but in short paragraph. Keep it simple. If this is a classroom course, use 7days online for each classroom days.
  • If any already. If the course is in the process of some form of accreditation, especially if it can be applied to a historical student, definitely include this. Most of our courses are still in process of approval.
  • Provide us with a summarized overview of the course. No more than one paragraph.
  • Typical Target Audience. Single paragraph or bullets.
  • Our short courses start the first of each month. If your course runs on Terms indicate the term they start at.
  • You can use a longer bullets list, but keep it to no more than 10 bullets
  • You can use a longer bullets list, but keep it to no more than 20 bullets
  • This can be changed at any time, but courses without prices are loaded as FREE in the category.
  • Only if available else we will develop it as needed. Example • Start Online Course • Content • Quiz • Content • Quiz • Assignment • Exam • End Online Course
  • We will place it in the most appropriate existing category or create a category for the course if it doesn’t exist
  • On our LMS, we copy the course for sampling. We then make the first couple of pages publically available and place the hyperlink in the shop.
  • This is required to personalize the e-learning experience.
  • If any of your customers have reviewed, endorsed or supported either your company or this specific course, let’s have the details and the name. We place this as reviews/endorsements in the shop.
  • Fine print:

    • In order to manage consistency in design and user expectation, please note the following important points. Disalox (Pty) Ltd ta Tuit reserves the right to:
      • Change the shop images representing the course
      • Change the colour schemes of the shop which may include your course to adjust to the Shop design and colour templates used
      • Change and modify the supplied information to adopt a standard throughout the courses on the shop.
